COMPANY PROFILE
Ioannis Katsampis, veterinarian, graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specialized in apiculture - bee pathology, being responsible for medical supervision in many apiaries and keeping an eye on the difficulties that the beekeepers had to deal with, was inspired to found BeeNectar in 2000. His vision was to help the beekeepers produce healthier products and become more competitive at the international market.From 2000 until 2012, the company was located in Malandreni, Argolida, Greece. In 2012, the company has been transferred to modern facilities at 3rd km of Argos-Korinthos national road, Greece.
With the recent addition of Ioannis Katsampis sons, Spyridon, Grigoris (who are both veterinarians) and Fotis, the family tradition will continue well into the future.
The aim is to create a relationship of trust with our clients and target the improvement of beekeeping.
Our scientific staff, our specialized knowledge, our years of experience and our innovative products, make us competent to advise and help you to own healthy bee colonies of any size all year round.
BeeNectar applies an integrated food safety management system in accordance with the HACCP principles and the requirements of the International Standard ISO 22000.
